We have three modes of support to help you:
Support Calls - Taken on a first come first support basis. Regular hourly rates apply. Please contact the help desk at 317.577.3180 x140 or 888.464.8326 x140.
Contract Support - Clients under our maintenance contracts get first priority. Our maintenance under this option can be tailored to the types of hardware, software and networks supported. Support times can be identified. Gauranteed support within four (4) hours. See our Sample Support Contract.
Web Support - Access to this support will be through our web site. An IMG representative will be available to answer your support issue. The rep will process your issues through Support Chat, Whiteboarding, and even through interactive desktop sharing. The client must be under a support contract.
